Innovative Initiative members enjoy networking opportunities, events, and workshops for professional development while they focus on action-oriented projects with measurable, meaningful results.

A young professionals group (roughly aged 21-49) One business meeting a month (1st Tuesday of the month) at 8:30am with quarterly socials throughout Central Delaware.

The primary goals of this group are to:

      - Promote the young professionals of Central Delaware and their businesses.

      - Support community initiatives that impact the greater good of the business community. 

      - Build business relationships and networking resources.
