Easter Event at St. Andrew's

THE GREAT HALL (425 N. DuPont Hwy., Dover) will be hosting St. Andrew's Easter Event "The Great Surprise: Jesus is Alive!" on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 10:00-12:00. The event will have various different stations to learn about our savior, Jesus Christ. After participates go through the stations, they will join all the other groups for a snack in The Great Hall. After everyone enjoys the snacks, they will be invited outside for an Easter egg hunt. St. Andrew's would like to thank Texas Roadhouse of Camden for donating candy, eggs, and free kid's meal cards. All are welcome to this free event.

The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce invites you to be an exhibitor at the 16th Annual 55+ Expo. Exhbiting allows you the opportunity to promote your organization's products, services, and information to over 4,500 potential clients.

There will be a Wellness Center providing free health screenings & informational tables, a Caregivers Center for Solutions & Support packed full of important info needed to take care of our parents or grandparents, Volunteer Fair, the very popular Cooking Show, Sponsor-conducted Seminars, and plenty of Entertainment.

The 55+ Expo is a great place to market your business! For increased exposure, double booth spaces will be offered at discounted rates. The Dover Post will provide substantial statewide promotion of the event to over 300,000 people within the next two months as well as an official program guide.

Spirit of America

The Dover Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Donald Buxton, will

conclude its 2016-2017 season on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at the

Dover Downs Rollins Center.

The orchestra will perform “Spirit of America” with a variety of selections that

celebrate America. Traditionally our May concert includes Armed Forces

Salute. Please feel free to join us in your service-related uniform!

Valet parking will be offered. Additionally there will be free shuttle service

throughout the parking lots. Sweet treats will continue to be offered at our Bake

Sale.

Admission prices are Adults--$20, Seniors/Students/Military/First Responders--

$15. First responders includes all police, fire, EMT, ambulance, corrections,

and animal rescue personnel in the area. Young people under 18 are free

with a paying adult. For ticket sales log on to www.doversymphony.org or

call 302-270-1903. Tickets will also be sold at the door. For further
