The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce (CDCC) joined Pat Abel Training for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate their membership with the CDCC.

The mission of Pat Abel Training is to help organizations bring out the best in their managers and employees. Sixty-five percent of employees that quit their job are actually quitting their boss; therefore, many managers must learn how to apply today’s requirements of effective leadership.

Pat has conducted hundreds of public seminars and worked onsite with numerous organizations, both commercial and non-profit. Mr. Abel plans to work inside small to medium-size organizations on issues such as: performance management, customer service skills, time management, handling conflict, communication skills, team development, and strategic planning.  The formats will include individual coaching and group training sessions and workshops.

Pat Abel uses the image of a compass as a logo to remind people that you don’t need to make a 180-degree turn in order to get new outcomes.
