Harry Miller III, president of Regal Builders and developer of Noble’s Pond, the premier active lifestyle community near Dover, Delaware, has promoted Justin Olear to Vice President of Construction and Operations.

Olear joined Regal Builders in 2013 while completing after completing his B.S. Degree in Architectural Studies & Construction, and earned his M.S. Degree in Construction Management in 2014 from Philadelphia University.

Construction is Justin’s passion: “Working on a design is awesome, but I love construction even more. To work with clients on paper and then walk with them through the finished home is an incredibly satisfying experience for me. When a buyer has a dream, we work hard to make it happen. We have a great team at Regal and we are proud of our well-crafted, customizable homes, building one community at a time.”

He likes to learn something new every day, and appreciates the guidance from his mentors, Harry Miller III, and his father. “My dad, a self-employed custom carpenter, who makes the most beautifully constructed pieces of furniture and so much more, taught me that everything takes patience. It may not come easy, but it will come in time.”

Justin and his wife Carrie live in Wilmington, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Delaware and chairs the Young Professionals Council. He is also a member of ULI, and of NAHBS’s 55+ Housing Industry Council. In his spare time, he enjoys the beach, playing golf and working in the yard.
