The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Keystone Funding on Tuesday, October 1st, at 10 am. The ceremony was held at their building on 519 South Red Haven Lane in Dover. Chamber members, ambassadors, and staff members joined the team at Keystone Funding as they celebrated their new Central Delaware location. In addition, the company was just named to Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing companies, where they ranked in the top 25%.
Keystone Funding provides residential mortgages to consumers, and lending solutions to mortgage brokers. Their mission is to disrupt the mortgage lending industry in the Mid Atlantic through innovative strategies, leveraging our technology platform, and maintaining a commitment to our core values. Keystone is proud to be the first mortgage company headquartered in Kent County that is direct with all residential mortgage programs – they are a direct endorsement lender with FHA, fully approved with the VA to provide VA loans, and USDA. They also provide conventional financing of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products. In addition, they have several programs that meet the needs of the community, like lending on hobby farms. In July, they opened up their wholesale channel, where we provide mortgage products to mortgage brokers in other communities – this branch of the business is rapidly growing.
Our most important goal is to build a dominant mortgage company in the Mid Atlantic with employees who live in and around Central Delaware. Providing good jobs, great products, rates, and service is something we work hard on every day. Keystone Funding is guided by three core values – making a difference in the communities they serve, providing good jobs to great people, and changing the lives of customers. Their business involves a very sacred part of most family’s lives - their homes. They believe that being part of the community is important for their team to understand the impact they have in peoples’ lives.
With a strong belief in community involvement, Keystone Funding gives back in more ways than providing jobs. Their employees are involved in community groups, coach children’s sports, and perform a variety of other acts of community service.
Please join the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce in congratulating Keystone Funding for their recognition in Inc. 5000 – and in welcoming them to Central Delaware!
