Noble’s Pond Wins Nine Regal Awards

Noble’s Pond, Delaware’s premier 55+ Active Adult Community, has won nine Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware (HBA/DE) for excellence in home building, interior design, and community development.  An annual tradition for the past 25 years, the Regal Awards are given to spotlight outstanding achievements in the state’s home building industry.  The awards were presented at a sold-out ceremony earlier this month.  

Noble’s Pond was honored with the Kent County Community of the Year Award, as well as Best Outdoor Area Design and Rookie Salesman of the Year for Rebecca Allicock.  In addition, two popular Noble’s Pond home models won several honors, including a new award given this year for interior design.  The awards for specific home models include:

The Camden
· Best Single Community Home from 2,000-3,000 square feet
· Best Interior Design
· Best Interior Merchandising
· Best Active Adult Community Home from 2,001-3,000 square feet

The Bradford
· Best Active Adult Community Home up to 2,000 square feet
· Best Single Family Home up to 2,000 square feet

The Camden is a customizable single family home that can be built as a single-level two or three bedroom home or a two-story three or four bedroom home.  It features a spacious, open floor plan with two covered patios state-of-the-art kitchen, attached two-car garage and fireplace.  The Bradford can also be built as a one or two-story single family home with bonus rooms and expandable outdoor living spaces.  The many customizable features and options encourage homeowners to adapt the spacious design to suit their style and needs.

Noble’s Pond is built and developed by Harry Miller III, a third-generation home builder, and president of Regal Builders, LLC.  The 300-acre community just outside Dover, De. features beautiful new single-family homes with a variety of well-designed, customizable floor plans.  Amenities include a beautifully appointed clubhouse, large outdoor pool, bocce courts, a putting green, tennis and pickle ball courts, a five-acre pond with a pier and observation deck, natural walking trails and a community garden.
