The Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs will present a virtual program on the life of James Sykes, doctor and former governor of Delaware. Historical Interpreter Dennis Fisher will discuss 18th and early 19th Century medicine as he reviews Sykes’ medical contributions and his political career.
