Easterseals Appoints Chief Compliance Officer

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore recently appointed Maggie Webb, of Bear, DE, as the Chief Compliance Officer. Webb has been working for Easterseals since 2018.

“We’re excited to have Maggie step into the position of Chief Compliance Office to continue Easterseals’ focus on full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for our programs and services,” Kenan Sklenar, Easterseals President/CEO said. “As a community-based health organization, Easterseals places the utmost priority on adherence to all federal and state requirements in order to provide the best quality care.”

For the last 4 years, Webb has served as Vice President of Senior Services/Long Term Services and Supports at Easterseals, managing Adult Day Health Services, Personal Attendant Services and Agency With Choice.  She holds a North Carolina Administrators license for Assisted Living and Memory Care and is certified in Healthcare Compliance. She has more than 20 years in healthcare and human services with operations and compliance background and initiatives in all roles/positions. Webb completed her Master’s degree in Health Psychology.
