Dover Kent MPO announces the draft for the FY2024 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is now published. The FY2023 UPWP outlines the projects and programs the MPO plans to address in the next fiscal year. The UPWP draft is available on the MPO website (www.doverkentmpo.org ) for review and comments. All comments must be received before May 3, 2023 when the MPO Council will vote to adopt the budget the FY2024 UPWP.
