AMC Museaum Foundation President Lt. Gen. William Welser II, USAF (Ret.) will address the Dover Chapter of the Military Officer Association of America (MOAA) at their monthly dinner meeting at Green Turtle in Dover on November 16, 2023.
Lt. Gen. Welser’s talk features slides of future exhibits-including Presidential aircraft-is entitled “Be part of our Legacy! Heritage, Education, Restoration, Expansion.”
Social hour starts at 5 pm; Dinner at 6 pm, Speaker at 7 pm. Business meeting to follow, adjournment no later than 8 pm.
Guests are welcome. MOAA membership is restricted to Active Duty, former or retired, and National Guard and Reserve commissioned and warrant officers of the uniformed services and their surviving spouses.
Members will bring items to donate to the Delaware Food Bank. Next meeting members will bring toys for local children.
