The
Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Suds
& Company on August 17th, 2022, at 3pm. The event was held at Suds &
Company at 231 W. Loockerman St., in Downtown Dover. Chamber members and friends
joined owners Kim Adams and Dana Smack and the team at Suds & Company to
celebrate their Grand Re-Opening!
The From Home 2 You Corporation was started in 2011 by sisters
Dana Smack and Kim Adams. It was formed as a small artisan manufacturer of all-natural
body soap bars, hair, and skincare products. The idea was born by the need to
use all-0000000natural products for their children with sensitivity to
additives and chemicals in health and beauty products. They believed what goes
on your skin is just as important as what goes in the body.
After many rounds of trial and error, the sisters were able to formulate all-natural body and skin care products for their children’s skin sensitivities. What they found was great relief, success, and support from all to continue to produce and share their great creations. The beauty of it all, was the ability to customize the products to the needs of the end user, but still holding to the all-natural product foundation.
Suds & Company offers several lines of bath products such as whipped body butters, hand-made soaps, and exfoliating luffa bars. They even offer a men’s line full of beard products such as oils, cleansers, and beard butters. Customers can expect custom soaps, made of all-natural products. Suds & Company has the products you need to protect, hydrate, cleanse, and moisturize your skin they way it should be. Their products are available to purchase easily online to reach customers out-of-state and worldwide.
The Suds & Company team believes in revitalizing the Downtown Dover area. Suds & Company wants to bring the customers back to the Downtown area by providing the growing community with organic, all-natural beauty products options - something that isn’t currently available in Downtown Dover. These options are safer, easier on the skin & better for the environment!
Suds & Company is excited to give back to their community by offering military, college student, and senior discounts to their customers. Suds & Company will continue to donate some of their products to local shelters for those in need.
