Milford, DE
06/24/2024 12:49 PM

Celebrating their one-year anniversary, the KSI group, Women of Empowerment, gathered for a Tea Party one afternoon in June. Organized by KSI Case Manager, Nancy Warren, the group has been meeting bi-weekly for the past year and they look forward to what the next year brings.

Learning how to accept, support and encourage one another, these Women of Empowerment also gave back to their community. They donated to the Food Bank of Delaware and Home of the Brave. The Genesis Center received holiday cards and a visit while the Delaware Veterans Home also received a visit and placemats with messages of thanks for their service. The women’s group also learned about and visited the Community Crisis Center.
