The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce (CDCC) joined Bel Boutique for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the Re-Grand Opening of their boutique, located at 28 Loockerman Street in Dover.

Bel Boutique began as a big dream to have a little shop on the main street in owner Erin Thwaites' hometown, Dover, Delaware. “This little city/big town holds a place dear in our hearts as it is where our friends, family, and now all of our amazing customers live!” Erin expressed, “We choose to make this place the absolute best it can be and we hope our one-of-a-kind little shop contributes to that effort.”

As a small, woman owned shop, Erin and her team handles every aspect from top to bottom. The team feels lucky to get to meet and know all of their customers.
