Dover Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce Donna Kiscaden has been promoted to Executive Vice President. With over 30 years of management experience in the financial services industry, serving most recently as Chief Financial and Risk Officer, Donna has the expertise to help lead the growth trajectory for Dover Federal Credit Union.
Donna works directly with the Chief Executive Officer while being responsible for the Finance and Accounting, Operations and Compliance departments as well as providing oversight for the organization’s Information Technology. Donna’s unwavering support, work ethic, and genuine care for Dover Federal Credit Union is widely recognized.
When asked about the opportunity to serve as Executive Vice President for Dover Federal, Donna stated, “I’m thrilled to continue working alongside the Executive Team in my new role. My focus is on growing our Credit Union through our commitment to our many communities while further enhancing our operations and workflows. Dover Federal Credit Union’s positive culture reflects both internally and externally and I look forward to influencing new initiatives for our long-term success.”
Donna received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Neumann University and earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration in Executive Management from Eastern University.
