Drawing from her own personal journey as a 30 year survivor, Mandi has become a passionate and dedicated voice for change, providing invaluable insight into the challenges faced by trafficking victims, and helping organizations better understand the complex realities of recovery and reintegrations. With a deep commitment to survivor-centered care, Mandi works with government agencies, legislators, non profits, federal agencies and community groups to enhance anti-trafficking strategies, improve victim support systems, and raise awareness about the signs and impacts of trafficking. Her first hand knowledge empowers those who work to combat trafficking, as well as those who have experienced it, to find hope and true healing. In addition to her consultancy work, Mandi is a sought-after public speaker, regularly presenting at conferences, workshops, and training sessions focused on human trafficking prevention, policy change, and survivor empowerment. Through her personal story and expert guidance, she advocates for stronger laws both in Delaware and federally, better victim services, and a more inclusive approach to addressing trafficking within vulnerable communities.
