What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly voice for client
intakes and scheduling.
- Keep our office organized, stocked,
and running smoothly.
- Prep for staff meetings, events, and
employee onboarding.
- Assist with marketing efforts, attend expos, and spread joy
by preparing and delivering goodies.
- Support on-call operations and tackle
(minimal) after-hours needs like a pro.
- Cover field hours in urgent situations to maintain
continuity of care and service.
What You’ll Need:
- Stellar communication and
organization skills.
- Take initiative and comfortable with
new things
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and
a knack for learning new systems.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus!
- Positive attitude is what matters
