What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly voice for client intakes and scheduling.
• Keep our office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Prep for staff meetings, events, and employee onboarding.
• Assist with marketing efforts, attend expos, and spread joy by preparing and delivering goodies.
• Support on-call operations and tackle (minimal) after-hours needs like a pro.
• Cover field hours in urgent situations to maintain continuity of care and service.

What You’ll Need:

• Stellar communication and organization skills.
• Take initiative and comfortable with new things
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new systems.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus!
• Positive attitude is what matters most!
