Groundbreaking ceremony introducing significant upgrades to the Capitol Park Playground. These enhancements provide a safer, more engaging, and inclusive play environment for children of all ages. A ribbon cutting ceremony will follow on a date TBD. Delaware’s Congressional Delegation whose ARPA funding paid for the project will be invited.

DETAILS:
