Dover Federal names Vincent Setnar as Chief Lending Officer

Dover Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Vincent Setnar, who has accepted the role of Chief Lending Officer.  Mr. Setnar previously held the position of Chief Member Officer at Tidemark Federal Credit Union where he was responsible for lending, business services, marketing, and the branches.  Mr. Setnar comes to Dover Federal with over 30 years of industry experience and over 15 years within Credit Unions, including Kirtland FCU and US Airways FCU.  Travis Frey, Chief Innovation Officer at Dover FCU stated “Vince brings a breath of fresh air to our lending operations.  His passion for the Credit Union industry is contagious and his drive is incredibly ambitious.  I am very eager to see what Vince can deliver for our members here at Dover Federal!”

Vincent Setnar, originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, graduated from Robert Morris University with a Bachelors in Business Management and a minor in Finance.  He has been a board member and volunteer in a number of various organizations, including Kiddie Kollege, the Greater Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce, and Beaver County Habitat for Humanity.  Most recently he has served as a volunteer for Easter Seals in Sussex County and has been a part of the Business Leadership Committee for Seaford Senior High School.  Mr. Setnar also openly expressed his joy for working at a financial institution that serves the military, stating “I’m thrilled to serve those that serve us.”
