Residents of Noble’s Pond, Delaware’s premier 55+ Active Adult Community, are busy, active and engaged.  The same can be said of the community itself, which has recently debuted seven new floor plans, expanded its Welcome Center, built a beautiful new Design Center and now has added four new team members to its professional staff.  They are:

· Katelyn Folker, Online Concierge
· Joie Larosa, Design Consultant
· Jesula Petit-Frere, Housing Consultant
· Olley Strong, Housing Consultant

“All of our new team members have been selected for their professional backgrounds and expertise in the home buying industry.  Their complimentary strengths and talents solidify Noble’s Pond’s reputation as the best 55+ Active Adult Community in Delaware, not only for our resort-style living but for making the home buying process smooth and enjoyable,” said Justin Olear, vice president of Noble’s Pond.

Katelyn Folker serves as Noble’s Pond’s Online Concierge, responding to inquiries from prospective residents, providing them information, and scheduling onsite tours.  She comes to the community with several years of sales and customer service experience specifically catering to 55+ clientele.  Previously, Folker worked for Avenue Medical/Avenue Medical Construction in Dover as a service coordinator and administrative assistant.  She attended the Harris School of Business in Dover, earning her CBCS (Certified Billing and Coding Specialist) Certificate.

Joie Larosa, Design Consultant for Noble’s Pond, has a background in both residential and commercial design and construction, making her the ideal candidate to assist homeowners with interior selections to outfit their new homes.  In addition, she manages all products found in Noble’s Pond’s Design Studio.  Larosa worked for several years as a project specialist running the Interiors Remodeling Program for Lowe’s Home Improvement in Millsboro, De.  She also has held positions as a residential designer for firms in New York City and Connecticut, and as a commercial construction sales engineer in upstate New York.  Larosa earned a BS Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Hartford in Connecticut and studied Interior Design at the Fashion Institute in New York.

One of Noble’s Pond’s two new Housing Consultants, Jesula Petit-Frere markets the community’s resort-style lifestyle and works with potential homebuyers.  With a rich background in interacting with customers, Petit-Frere effectively guides potential homebuyers through the entire home buying process.  Prior to joining the Noble’s Pond team, Petit-Frere worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist, Office Manager, Financial Aid Analyst and Senior Accounting Associate.  She holds several degrees from South University, PA, including Bachelor of Science-Healthcare, Bachelor of Science-Business and Master of Science-Human Resources.

Olley Strong, New Housing Consultant for Noble’s Pond, has a strong sales background in multiple arenas and holds various licenses.  Strong has sold and managed in the automotive industry and the insurance field, and has forwarded his passion into the world of real estate.  Before becoming a Noble’s Pond Housing Consultant, Strong worked in sales for K. Hovnanian Homes in Maryland and Dan Ryan Builders in West Virginia. He is well-versed in helping people through the home buying process and is truly dedicated to each person he has the opportunity to meet.  Strong earned an associate degree in Business Finance & Marketing from Shepherd University in West Virginia, and has plans to further his education.

Earlier this year, the 55+ Council of the National Association of Home Builders honored Noble’s Pond with two Gold and four Silver Awards at its annual 55+ Housing Awards Event.  The Best of 55+ Housing Awards are the industry’s only national awards program honoring excellence in building design, marketing, and lifestyles in housing for the mature adult and serve as a showcase for quality housing, innovation and emerging trends that appeal to the 55 and above demographic.
