Chesapeake Utilities Corporation recently announced that Shane Breakie, assistant vice president of Chesapeake Utilities, has been named Chairman of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Breakie's two-year appointment is effective immediately and was announced at the CDCC's annual Awards for Excellence Dinner in Dover. Mr. Breakie previously served as (the First Vice Chairman of the CDCC Board of Directors). "Having Chesapeake team members involved in community and civic organiations is a huge part of our core values as a Company," said Jeff Householder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. "Shane's dedication to the community and his partnership with the CDCC make him an excellent selection for this position."
