TD Bank’s Head of Strategy & Transformation to Address MOAA Thursday

TD Bank Vice President James Dow, Head of Strategy & Transformation will address the Dover Chapter of the Military Officer Association of America (MOAA)
at their monthly dinner meeting at Roma’s/Sul Tempo, 3 President’s Way, Dover on January 19, 2023.

The talk is entitled “Technology in Financial Services—how it is changing, and how that change is changing banking.”
Dow is a senior technology executive with 25+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, application delivery, nfrastructure systems, and transformation.

He co-invented IT3.0, a transformational approachto business delivery through innovative technology design throughout all layers of the technology platform. He is an industry leader who has spoken at AWS, Microsoft, and international
data center conferences. Dow has worked with AIG, Bank of America, JPMorganChase, Morgan Stanley, Macquarie Bank, NYSE Euronext, TIAA-CREF, UBS, and Wells Fargo.

Social hour starts at 5 pm; Dinner at 6 pm: Chicken Piccate, Shrimp Scampi, Veal Parmigiana, and Manicotti are dinner choices. Business meeting to follow, adjourn no later than 8 pm.

Guests may attend, but MOAA membership is open only to Active Duty, former or retired, and National Guard and Reserve commissioned and warrant officers of the uniformed services and their surviving spouses. MOAA is the nation's largest and most influential association of military officers. It is an independent, nonprofit, politically nonpartisan organization and the leading voice on compensation and benefit matters for all members of the military community
