Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware has achieved recognition in all five cultural excellence categories tracked by Energage, the organization behind Top Workplaces Highmark Delaware entities
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware and Highmark Health Options have received five Cultural Excellence Awards, determined solely by employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. This survey is administered by research organization Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
The five award categories include Compensation & Benefits, Innovation, Leadership, Purpose & Values, and Work-Life Flexibility.
