On December 21 at Franco’s Pizza in Dover, the Dover Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) celebrated the Holidays and its many 2023 successes.
For a consecutive dozen years, the Chapter was once again named one of the best in its national organization. In addition, it also earned top recognition for both its newsletter and its website, www.moaa.org .
