Dover Kent MPO Invites Public Input on FY2025

Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Draft

 

The Dover Kent MPO ispleased to announce the release of the draft for the FY2025 Unified PlanningWork Program (UPWP). The FY2025 UPWP is a comprehensive document outlining theprojects and programs that the MPO intends to undertake in the upcoming fiscalyear.

 

The draft of the FY2025 UPWP is now available for publicreview and comments on the MPO's official website, www.doverkentmpo.org .This is an opportunity for community members, stakeholders, and interestedparties to provide valuable feedback on the proposed initiatives and prioritiesoutlined in the document.

 

"We encourage all members of the community to takeadvantage of this opportunity to review the draft UPWP for FY2025 and sharetheir thoughts with us," said Marilyn J. Smith, Executive Director of theDover Kent MPO. "Public input is crucial in shaping our transportationplanning efforts and ensuring that they align with the needs and priorities ofour region." 

 

The public comment period will remain open until May 1,2024. All comments must be received before this date, as they will beconsidered during the MPO Council's vote to adopt the work program and finalizethe budget of the UPWP.
