On May 3rd The Ice House: Wellness + Community celebrates its' 3 year anniversary! Wow!

I truly believe it is because of YOUR support that we have been able to keep the doors open through the highs and lows of the past few years.

As you know the MISSION is to help women live a healthier, happier life through lifestyle changes! I have witnessed hundreds of transformations mentally, emotionally, physically and more!

What started out as a hobby for me many years ago has turned into my life's mission to SERVE WOMEN who seek a better life. Not only have we steadily grown but I trademarked a new class "M.E.P.S FULL BODY EXPERIENCE" and I presented it nationally!

The Ice House has grown substantially in many ways:

 · classes
· instructors
· events

I cannot wait to see what the next year holds.
