KSI's Staff Participates in Overdose Awareness Week
Milford, DE
09/06/2022 11:15 AM

KSI believes in giving back to the community and did so recently with a staff organized fund drive in support of Overdose Awareness Week. Lead by Crystal Hughes in KSI’s fiscal department, small purple flags were sold. Proceeds will be donated to the Milford Advocacy for the Homeless and Love Inc. an outreach resource in Seaford area.

Not only were the small purple flags sold, but they were also displayed in front of KSI’s marquee. Banners were made in remembrance of staff loved ones who fought the battle with drugs. Together we remember those who lost their lives, and we strive to make others aware of the overdose problem in America.

KSI is a not for profit agency, providing vocational training, employment, community integration, transportation, day habilitation, life enrichment, and nutritional services to individuals with disabilities throughout Kent and Sussex Counties.  KSI is committed to making all reasonable accommodations in order to ensure that our programs and services are as accessible as possible to as many people as possible.
