During the last weekend in October, staff members from local business CNU Fit traveled to Orlando, Florida to attend a workshop weekend for Net Profit Explosion (NPE), a globally
recognized fitness business coaching company.
On Saturday, October 28, CNU Fit was named “Fitness Business of the Year” for NPE’s North American base. Started by CEO Evans Armantrading Jr. eight years ago, CNU Fit has surpassed the success achieved by most average fitness businesses due to its personalized approach to fitness coaching.
In 2015 Armantrading involved CNU FIT in NPE in order to help CNU Fit grow, and since then has expanded the business to encompass fifteen employees ranging from personal trainers to metabolic coaches. Since its inception CNU Fit has helped over 2,100 people to reach their lifestyle goals.
CNU Fit offers a range of services, including: stretching, personalized fitness coaching, metabolic coaching, as well as group fitness programs.
His peers at NPE recognized CNU Fit’s impact on the fitness community by nominating it for “Fitness Business of the Year”.
“It was an honor more than anything else,” said Armantrading. “To be able to not only impact the clients, but also the other business owners in NPE to help them with looking at fitness differently and helping them impact their clients and business - it means we’re doing it right.”
CNU Fit plans on continuing to impact the fitness community in Delaware. Business goals for the next three to five years include expanding to two new locations, one in Milford and one in Middletown, and to continue to offer personalized fitness coaching and guidance to members of the community.
