The
Delaware Department of Transportation will a public workshop to solicit public
input on the proposed multi-use trail along E Lebanon Road (Route 10) from the
Gateway Shopping Center to South State Street in Dover.
The
Public Workshop will be held on Thursday, March 22, at the Calvary Community
Center at 1532 E. Lebanon Road, Dover. The public is invited to attend anytime
between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The
overall purpose of this project is to construct a multi-use trail for
pedestrians and bicyclists connecting communities, schools and businesses. All
facilities will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. This workshop
will also provide an update on the projects schedule. Attendees will have an
opportunity to review the proposed multi-use trail and provide comments to
DelDOT representatives.
Interested
persons are invited to express their views in writing, giving reasons for, or
in opposition to, the proposed project. Comments will be received during
