Del-One Federal Credit Union is excited to announce the addition of John Ricca as Chief Lending Officer.  John brings more than 30 years of experience to Del-One, having served in senior management positions focusing on strategy, management, business planning and operations within residential, consumer and small business lending.  

John acquired his experience while part of Sovereign Bank, a 600 branch super-regional bank, Freedom Mortgage, a top five national mortgage company, as well as a number of community banks.  He has achieved success by developing and implementing effective strategies, sound credit management, and establishing and operating profitable lending divisions from the ground up.
