KSI recently recognized Ternikka Jarrett, of Felton, as Staff Person of the Quarter.

Ms. Jarrett is a work crew supervisor at Procter & Gamble Dover Wipes Company and is responsible for supervising KSI program participants seeking more independent employment opportunities. She works side by side with new crew members, training and modeling the correct procedures in this production environment, including a heavy focus on safety. A flexible employee, Ms. Jarrett has grown through years of experience. She has strong communication skills, and understands how to provide positive guidance. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Ms. Jarrett becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
