The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for American Kidney Care of Dover on Monday, January 27^th, at 11 am. The ceremony was held at their new location at 107 Mont Blanc Blvd., Suite 100, in Dover. Chamber staff, ambassadors, and friends joined the folks at American Kidney Care of Dover as they celebrated the grand opening of their new dialysis clinic. 

            American Kidney Care of Dover’s mission is to provide in-center dialysis options to meet the needs of all their dialysis patients. At American Kidney Care, patients are at the center of everything – the staff is uniquely focused on people. They work hard to customize each patient’s care to meet their personal needs as well as their medical needs. They are committed to providing outstanding services, allowing their patients to remain as independent as possible. They are committed to working with patients, as well as their families to create the ultimate wellness experience. 

            American Kidney Care of Dover’s new dialysis clinic is designed, equipped, and staffed to provide patients with the Ultimate Dialysis Experience. This new outpatient facility is equipped with state-of-the-art dialysis machines and heated massage dialysis chairs to provide comfort to the patients. Patients also have access to iPad entertainment systems, individual patient flat screed TV’s, and wireless internet access. All the clinic equipment runs on green energy and is back up by an emergency generator providing 100% power. 

            Dover’s new dialysis clinic puts the clinical and operational decisions into the hands of its interdisciplinary team comprised of experienced physicians and staff who work to provide the patient’s direct care. In addition, American Kidney Care of Dover is supported by the operations expertise of American Renal Associates, one of the largest dialysis providers in the United States.
