NCALL CELEBRATES HOMEOWNERSHIP MONTH
June is National Homeownership Month- and preparing yourself to purchase a home is reason for celebration! NCALL together with the local chapter of NAREB, Realtist Association of Delaware are providing resources to make the dream of homeownership a reality.
Next week, we will be hosting two FREE virtual homeownership events:
EVENT 1
• A Town Hall Meeting-The State of African American Homeownership: Delaware, will take place Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021, at 6PM.
This virtual town hall meeting will give participants a deeper understanding of the African American homeownership gap. Participants can register for this free event by visiting: https://bit.ly/3vpIdVT.
EVENT 2
• A Homeownership Conference, Saturday, June 26th, 2021, from 10AM-2PM.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about topics including but not limited to: Homeownership 101, Homeownership + Credit, Down Payment Options, Refinancing and more! This virtual conference will host vendors, offer door prizes, and guide you towards the steps needed to prepare you for homeownership!
