We are excited to announce the grand opening of the NeighborGood Center, a stunning new anchor located at the corner of Division Street in downtown Dover. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as the new home for the Restoring Central Dover staff, providing them with a dedicated space to engage and serve the residents of our community.
“This location creates a beautiful asset and anchor in downtown Dover with the goal of encouraging resident engagement and entrepreneurship in the community,” said Patricia Kelleher, Director of Real Estate Development for NeighborGood Partners.
In addition to hosting the Restoring Central Dover initiative, we are thrilled to welcome Delaware State University to the NeighborGood Center. The university will occupy the second floor, offering training and support for entrepreneurial opportunities, further enhancing the resources available to our community.
The grand opening event will feature an open house beginning at 12:30 PM, with the official program starting promptly at 1:00 PM. We invite you to join us to celebrate this milestone for our community.
