The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce (CDCC) hosted a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the new Macau Kitchen Restaurant & Bar on Thursday, Jan. 16th in Bally’s Dover Casino Resort, 1131 N. Dupont Highway, Dover.
