The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce was on site at the Elks Lodge of Dover in October for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating 40 years in business for Towles Electric, Inc.
Towles Electric, Inc. is a small, family-owned and operated electrical contracting business. The company offers residential, commercial and farm electrical contracting services in addition to design build solutions, new construction, electrical repairs and replacements, standby generators systems, panel replacements, fuses to circuit breakers, total rewires, pool and hot tub wiring, landscape lighting, etc.
“Our main focus is on service work for home owners, property managers and small businesses,” said owner Nick Sebastian. “We help our customers ‘Get plugged into service.’”
Despite being a small company, Towles Electric, Inc. serves all of Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland by offering a large variety of products and services to meet clients’ needs and budgets. Sebastian attributes this to the talented technicians at Towles, who specialize in the kind of services that not every electrician is equipped to perform.
Towles Electric, Inc. appreciates the opportunity to give back to the community that has supported it for forty years. This is evident by its sponsorship of a little league team and donations to the Wounded Warrior Project, the USO, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, and several other local charitable organizations.
The employees at Towles Electric, Inc. are customer-centric from the very beginning of the process. “We never cut corners to improve our bottom line,” explained Sebastian. “We also try to listen to our customers’ needs both for the immediate issue at hand and also for the future.”
