KSI staff joined forces the week of May 18th to successfully meet a production deadline for one of its largest customers, B&G Foods. Since March 18th when state regulated guidelines around COVID-19 necessitated its closure, KSI has been unable to provide production services as well as programming services to its program participants.
B&G Foods graciously extended its original deadline to accommodate KSI's uncertain schedule until its need for product became more urgent. KSI staff eagerly pitched in to meet the needs of its customer. This is the kind of dedication from KSI staff that helps to assure future work for program participants when guidelines permit their return.
KSI is a not for profit agency providing vocational training, supported employment, supported employment, community integration, transportation, day habilitation, life enrichment, and nutritional services to individuals with disabilities throughout Kent and Sussex Counties. KSI is committed to making all reasonable accommodations in order to ensure that its programs and services are as accessible as poaaible to as many people as possible.
