equipment to KSI. Their donation included 1,000 face masks (donated by
#BankofAmerica), as well as a generous number of face shields (donated by
#UofD) and sanitizer bottles (donated by #Adesis).

On November 11, Delaware business leaders Richard Piendak (left) and Dave Tiberi (right) gave KSI’s VP of Mission Advancement Ann Haggerty (center) a much-needed donation from Donate Delaware. The effort was started by Piendak, Tiberi and Senator Nicole Poore in March of this year in partnership with Christiana Care. Through donations and strategic purchasing, Donate Delaware has grown to provide close to 1.5 million PPE’s—free of charge--everything from face masks and medical protective gear, to thermometers and safety glasses, helping healthcare and community groups statewide deal with pandemic safety challenges.
