KSI Makes Recent Enhancements to Its Executive Team

July 6, 2021; Milford, DE: Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) announces several promotions within its Executive Team as the organization moves forward for new growth.

      Jayson D. Crouch was installed as CEO in 2020 to steer KSI’s programming and facility growth. Mr. Crouch was previously Vice President of Operations, managing all operational staff, programming and strategic direction for KSI at its Milford Skill Development Center and in the community. His 31 years of experience with KSI and prominence in Delaware’s disability services community provides invaluable expertise and talents that will help the organization expand its physical, operational, legislative and community footprint for greater effectiveness serving Delawareans with disabilities.

      Linda Pearson was promoted to Vice President of Operations, having over-arching responsibility for all facility- and community-based programming, operations, staffing, facility management, food service, and more. Having extensive experience in every aspect of KSI’s programs and services, and decades of facility-based operations management, Ms. Pearson is ideally equipped to expand and improve KSI’s daily program delivery as it moves forward.  

      James Greenwell was elevated to Vice President of Finance and Technology. KSI’s Comptroller since 2010, Mr. Greenwell is critical to the organization’s financial accounting and sustainability, managing its investments and grant administration, ensuring economical operation of food services, and directing all technological investment and maintenance.

      Ann Haggerty received a promotion to Vice President of Mission Advancement, with full management of KSI’s marketing, communications, development, fundraising and organizational culture. With extensive background as a statewide disability Employment Manager and advocate, as well as a longstanding board member with DFRC, Mrs. Haggerty brings vision and expertise to expand KSI’s community engagement and partnerships.
