Honoring the men and women in uniform who serve or who have served our country in the armed forces is of great importance to the Board of Trustees and to the leadership of the school. We also  especially seek to create a pathway for the sons and daughter of those who serve at our neighboring Dover AFB to attend HCHS. To this end, I am pleased to share that the Board of Trustees has approved the following tuition discounts:

Men and women on active duty will receive a 25% tuition discount for their sons and daughters to attend HCHS. 

Those serving in the reserves or guard, as well as veterans of the armed forces, will receive a 10% tuition discount for their sons and daughters to attend HCHS.

This includes Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force, and Coast Guard.

As a school that values the principles of honor, patriotism, citizenship and civic duty, it is only fitting that we open wide the doors of the school to the men and women who exemplify these ideals. As a veteran myself, I look forward to working with our active military members, reservists, guardsmen and women, and veterans, in making an HCHS education possible for their children.
